The Barren County Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization that strives to foster economic growth and business activity in the region. Their primary objective is to establish a secure environment for manufacturing operations, promote advancements in the industry, and cultivate the aerospace sector.

Throughout the year the Barren County Chamber of Commerce hosts events to engage with the community. One such event is the National Civics Bee, which serves as a pilot competition endorsed by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation. This competition aims to enhance knowledge and leadership skills among middle school students. Additionally, they also sponsor a Christmas Parade that brings together people of all ages for a community experience.
